Based in the heart of England, Inovit boasts over 10 years of wheel manufacturing at the very highest level. Offering an eclectic range of wheel designs that run from 13 right up to 26 inch fitments. Whilst design and engineering are at the very core of what we do, we aim to provide this excellence combined with great value for money and most importantly of all, with an industry leading customer care and after sales service. Every Inovit design is manufactured to the very highest standards, finely balancing the equation between ultimate strength, optimum weight and engineering excellence. The end result? Better handling, looks and performance thanks to a reduction in unstrung weight.

Quality

Our mission statement in one word! Our factory holds all QS9000/ISO 9001, ISO /TS16949, TUV and VIA accreditation. During our production process, our quality control procedures are incredibly stringent for each of our wheel and exhaust products. Each component is individually inspected by our skilled technicians prior to shipment. Each wheel is subject to the very latest non-destructive testing methods to ensure conformity to all American SAE and Japanese JWL regulations. We test for impact cornering and radial fatigue to guarantee that every Inovit wheel leads the way in terms of safety. Our European engineers have a rich heritage in the casting industry. Not only are they responsible for our wheel and tyre production but providing an invaluable technical resource for our customer support team. Every Inovit wheel uses the very latest heat-treating processes to ensure the utmost strength and rigidity coupled with optimum weight.

Our quality assessment procedures lead the industry, testing under Rich Seifert and Co. German-made X-ray detectors, Our CNC machining, digital mould making machines and 3D CAD/CAM units produce the highest quality wheels possible.
