Warranty Coverage

 

All INOVIT™ products are covered by a lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects and a 12-month warranty on finish.

If a product becomes structurally deficient due to a manufacturing defect, INOVIT™ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the wheel at its own expense.

If the finish becomes defective due to a fault in the original finish, the wheel will be repaired or replaced upon inspection.

 

Extended Warranty (Registration Required)

 

Customers who register their wheels are eligible for an additional 12-month warranty on the finish.

To qualify:

• Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase

• A valid proof of purchase must be provided

• Product details (including model and serial number) must be submitted

Failure to register within this period will result in standard warranty terms applying.

Warranty Conditions

 

This warranty applies only under normal use and proper installation.

 

To ensure warranty validity:

• Wheels must be inspected prior to tyre installation

• Proper care and maintenance must be followed

• Only mild, non-abrasive cleaning products should be used

The use of acid-based or abrasive cleaners will void the warranty.

 

Warranty Exclusions

 

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by road hazards (e.g. potholes, debris)

• Improper installation or incorrect fitment

• Cosmetic damage after installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse or modification

No road hazard warranty is provided.

 

Warranty Claims Process

 

To submit a warranty claim:

Contact the authorised dealer or retailer where the product was purchased

Provide proof of purchase and product details

The product may need to be returned for inspection

In some cases, customers may be directed to contact our support team for assistance.

 

Inspection & Approval

 

All claims are subject to inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

• The wheel will be repaired or replaced, or

• A credit may be issued for the cost of the wheel only

Shipping and handling costs are not covered

This warranty covers the product only and does not include consequential damages.
